How much is shipping?

• We offer Free Shipping on any subscription order or where you buy 2 or more boxes as a one-time purchase (this includes both North America and International orders).
  
  If you prefer to buy 1 box as a one-time purchase then there is a $4.95 USD shipping fee.

Which countries do you ship and how long does it take?

We ship orders from our USA warehouse. Order processing time is usually 1 business day. Shipping times after processing are as follows:

• USA: 4 - 5 Days
• Canada: 10 - 20 Days
• Australia & NZ: 10 - 20 Days
• UK: 10 - 20 Days
• Europe: 10 - 20 Days
• Singapore: 5 - 10 Days
• Hong Kong: 5 - 10 Days

CANADA CUSTOMERS: There may be delays to your orders due to the Canada Postal Strike

How do I track my package?

• You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is shipped, usually between 1-2 working days after your order is placed. If you haven't received that email 5 days after purchasing then email us at hello@buyfreddie.com
